The Interested Party hereby confirms the following statements:

The Interested Party is already active on the LNG trading market or plans to do so in the near future.

The Interested Party has a minimum rating of BBB+ (S&P)or Baa1 (Moody’s) or is at least willing and prepared to furnish adequate collateral instead.

When using the LNG Terminal in the future, the Interested Party will comply with all applicable international technical standards and safety standards.

The Interested Party and the companies/persons affiliated with it are not subject to sanctions imposed by the USA, the UK, the EU, the UN, Germany or any other states or institutions.

The Interested Party acknowledges that the registration as a potential customer of German LNG Terminal GmbH is conditioned upon (i) the foregoing confirmations and (ii) submission of a confidentiality agreement to German LNG Terminal GmbH, which will be provided after completion of the registration form and is to be signed by a duly authorized person.
